Returns & Exchanges

- IN STORE -
An exchange or store credit will be given for returned items in original condition with original tags intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Clearance items & Personalized items are final sale and do not qualify for exchanges/store credit. Holiday exchanges must be presented with gift receipt. Gift receipts qualify for 30 day exchanges.
- ONLINE -
Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery of item. Clearance/Sale & Personalized items are final sale. Items must be returned in original condition with tags intact. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses.

- ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE -

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
  • Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)

    - ITEMS NOT ELIGBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE -

    • ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 
    • Food Items
    • Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make up erasers, hair towels etc.)
    • Face Masks
    • Undergarments
    • Bodysuits
    • Items that have been exchanged 
    • Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by Bluff Town District Marketplace

    - SHIPPING -

    Personalized & Custom Items are made to order in store and will ship approximately 7-14 business days. Timeline may vary slightly pending on our order load at the time of purchase.

    Ready to ship items & gifts ship approximately 3-5 business days.
